About me
I graduated with distinction in International Economics at the Budapest Business School —
Faculty of International Management and Business in Hungary and in European Business Administration at the
University of Lincoln in UK.
Later, I obtained a Master degree in European Economic Studies from the University of Tirana — Faculty of Economics in Albania, in a joint program with
Otto Friedrich (Bamberg) University in Germany.
After graduation and during my Master studies I have been professionally involved in banking, leasing, NGOs and think-tanks for research, marketing, business administration and lecturing. My professional interests include e—government, international aid, IT project management, developing countries, political marketing and power.
Currently I am a PhD Candidate in Royal Holloway University of London — School of Management. I am a lecturer and an academic supervisor of Management Information Systems, E-Business Strategy, E-Commerce, Management and the Modern Corporation, Information Society and Ethics in Cyberspace in UK higher education institutions and distance learning programmes, undergraduate or master levels.
My research is focused on the institutional sustainability of internationally assisted e-government projects in developing countries. My professional interest is on Information and Communication Technologies for Development. This is related to e-government, international aid, EU and international ICT policies, project management, developing countries and empowerment of institutions.
